A new culinary hotspot has emerged on Almaty's gastronomic map — Syrovarnya by Arkady Novikov. The restaurant spans 1,000 square meters and features several zones: a café, bar, main dining hall, and a spacious veranda surrounded by greenery. The interior combines light natural materials, soft lighting, and elements of Kazakh ornamentation, adding local charm and warmth to the space. An open kitchen lets guests witness the culinary magic firsthand, while the house-made cheese becomes the highlight of every dish. Syrovarnya is more than just a restaurant — it’s a place you’ll want to return to, drawn by its flavors, atmosphere, and that special feeling you get from the very first moment.
