Starting his culinary journey in 2006 at the Administrative Department of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Erbol Yelubayevich quickly realized that the kitchen was not just a profession, but a true art. The world of gastronomy captivated him with its diversity of flavors and the opportunity to create, adding a piece of himself into every dish.

Over the years, working in various restaurants and exploring cuisines from around the world, he made a conscious choice in favor of Mediterranean gastronomy — particularly Italian and French. He is inspired by the simplicity and sophistication of this cuisine, based on natural ingredients: fresh cheeses, select meats, vegetables, and herbs that fully reveal their authentic flavors.

A special milestone in his career was his work in Italy in 2015. This experience not only allowed him to immerse himself more deeply in the country’s culture — where food is both a philosophy and a way of life — but also brought into his signature style a deep respect for tradition and the ability to delicately balance ingredients.

Upon returning to Kazakhstan, he continued his kitchen journey, perfecting his craft day by day and drawing inspiration from his love for cooking. Today, his dishes represent a harmony of simplicity and refinement, created with warmth and meticulous attention to every detail.
